Killer Mike, the hip-hop artist, was arrested at the 66th Grammy Awards at Crypto.com Arena for a “physical altercation” on February 4, 2024, after winning three awards.
The LAPD confirmed that a male was detained and later identified as Killer Mike. Chris Gardner of The Hollywood Reporter first broke the news, showing Killer Mike being escorted in handcuffs by the LAPD.
The reason for the arrest is unclear. Killer Mike won Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for “Scientists & Engineers” and Best Rap Album for “Michael.
