However, Parker gets his gun back, and it’s revealed that he’s actually Cecilia’s lover, arriving to save her. He forces John and Amanda to free Cecilia, and Cecilia kills Gabriella out of spite. John informs the couple that there is only one air hole in the room, meaning only one of them can survive. Cecilia ends up killing Parker and survives the gas by sticking her head out the air hole. However, there is seemingly still no way for her to escape the room.
In the final scene of the movie, John and Amanda leave the warehouse with a young boy named Carlos in tow. John gives Carlos the bag of money as a prize for surviving the trap. In the post-credit scene of the movie, John straps a scar-tissue trap onto Henry’s chest, the man who had performed the fake surgery on John earlier in the movie, and makes him his apprentice.
