Bola Tinubu, who is running for president with the All Progressives Congress (APC), has said some harsh things about Peter Obi, who is running for president with the Labour Party (LP).
When Tinubu brings up Obi’s name, it’s a shame for him.
This is what Tinubu said Friday at a rally in Gbaramatu, Delta state.
The former governor of Lagos says that what Nigeria needs right now is not “wrong statistics” from Obi.
Tinubu went on to say that he was one of “a few” candidates still running for president.
He told them, “As I stand here in front of you, only a few of us are still running. One says he is Atiku. He has been running how many times? He is always busy, and he is always tired. Go tell him to sit down. Enough already.
“The other person thinks that we are going to chop statistics. He lies by using math that no Indian can figure out. It makes me feel bad to even say his name. I’m not going to say the name. Nigeria doesn’t need wrong math, wrong statistics, or a warehouse economy.”
